March 4-9, 2023Lonestar Studios’ inaugural group exhibition.
“This show of emerging Los Angeles-based artists examines the evolving relationship between consciousness and the body amid cultural shifts and a rapidly advancing digital regime. Three Point Turn showcases the precarity, relations and arrivals that have presented in the artists’ tightly wound practices over the past years of growth.”
With works from Zoe Alameda, Selin Aydin, Alex Carmen, scuffedleg, Jing Feng, Nick Forman, Andrew Hunczak, Charlie Korman, thomas macie, Jacob Rogers-Fett, Jeremy Saborio, Ashlynn Smith, Kayli Temple, Gabriel Tolson, Weston Del Signore, and a noise set from julie.
Closing reception featured live performances from Dave Binney/Pera Krstajic/Louis Cole, Lance Conrad, and Sebastian Sack.
